APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

Cancellation/Change Policy of 100% of the service
We recommend making an appointment for the service you desire. We require a credit card to guarantee your appointment. We have an 8 hour cancellation/change policy of 100% of the service. As a courtesy to all of our clients we will confirm your appointment the day before. Before & after hours appointments are available upon request for an additional fee. We take Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

We have an 8 hour Cancellation or Change Policy

When scheduling your appointment, please understand that Body & Soul is setting aside time for you with a professional technician. We kindly ask that you contact us at least 8 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment so that we may reserve the time for another guest. Otherwise, you will be charged in full for your appointment. As such, credit cards are required to reserve your appointment. We reserve the right to verify your credit card information prior to your appointment. If you are using a Gift Card as payment it will be used as payment for a missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you are late for your appointment, your treatment may be shortened to allow us to keep on schedule. The usual fee for the treatment will apply.

Gift Certificates

You must have the Gift Certificate at time of appointment. Gift Certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable and may be purchased for any dollar amount over $25.00. Gift Certificates expire five years from the date purchased. If the gift certificate is lost, stolen or destroyed it cannot be replaced. No cash will be refunded on a gift certificate. If you are using the gift card for payment of the service we need to know when booking the appointment.

Children

As a family friendly salon, we welcome children in the salon. However, we use chemicals, hot irons and sharp scissors - and don’t want anyone to be injured while visiting Body & Soul. Children under 12 years old are not permitted unless they have an appointment at the salon. Additionally, we are committed to providing a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere for all of our guests. No children will be permitted in the spa area. If service must be rescheduled upon arrival, full charges will apply. Due to state board regulations animals are not permitted in the Salon.

Products

All Sales are final.

Weddings & Groups

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy for groups or weddings of 3 or more. We will need a 50% deposit before the 72 hours. All on site groups will need to be prepaid 1 week prior to the event. Travel fees will depend on the length of travel and time.

Medical Treatments

Please notify the person performing your treatment of any pre-existing medical condition or medication you may have or be taking. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any person.
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. In fact, we guarantee it! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with a service rendered, simply contact the front desk to schedule a follow-up appointment. The follow-up appointment must be within 7 days of the original service and will allow for concerns to be addressed and, ideally, rectified.
